Matthew James started as a small, extremely reliable firm, with just a single van. However, over the past years, it has expended to become a large, well-respected family business. Much of this success has been attributed to the recommendations of satisfied clients and long standing customers.
We guarantee our customers a first class service by consistently modernising our fleet of vehicles and equipment and training our operatives to the highest standards. Our current fleet consists of fifteen removal vehicles in the UK and five in Spain. These range from 38 ton articulated lorries to the flexibility of a small escort van.
Matthew James is owned and run by Matthew. From an early age Matthew, and his brother James would help out their father with removals, hence the name "Matthew James" and through his dedication and determination, has built Matthew James into the successful business it is today.
Mathew's father, John has a vast amount of experience and has been in the business for 25 years. John now works part-time during the busiest periods and deals with all moves for "The National Youth Ballet of Great Britain", who request John for his expertise.
Matthew's mother, Ann, is the specialist consultant who provides each estimate, and is crucial at giving expert advice and quotations to clients.
Mathew's sister, Charlotte, the Transport Manager is responsible for tailoring each move to meet individual requirements. Charlotte ensures the smooth running of the UK office and oversees each aspect of our transport operations.
