We'll use our 3 generations of experience to help you plan your move, we offer all the services you may require including packing and labelling, we move everything to your new home, and can even help you to unpack and re-assemble everything at the other end. ISO 45001 is the new international standard for occupational health and safety management. This standard allows us to demonstrate the value we place on employee safety by reducing workplace risks and operating a best-practice Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which enables Matthew James to demonstrate our compliance with Health & Safety law and to mitigate risk. The standard has been developed by a committee of health and safety experts from 70 countries, demonstrating the exceptionally high standards that we adhere to. The goal of ISO 45001 is the reduction of occupational injuries and diseases, including promoting and protecting physical and mental health, and it can pro-actively assist with ensuring employee well-being, which in turn enables us to maintain and improve our business performance.

The Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman is an independent organisation that provides a dispute resolution service. This means that we are able to provide our clients with total peace of mind that, in the exceptionally rare circumstance that we are unable to agree a remedy for a problem, there will be a completely independent body to arbitrate an outcome.
