You can have as many document storage boxes as you need and with our walk-in archive storage section your files can be accessed immediately whenever you need them.
As you probably know, HMRC requires companies to store their financial records for a minimum of six years and to be able to produce them for inspection if required. When the legal period of retention has passed, we can arrange for the documents to be securely destroyed and recycled, so you only pay for the actual document storage you need.
